Shipping
We ship throughout the United Kingdom and internationally.
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible (usually within 1-2 working days).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking details.
High value items will be shipped with signed-for tracking as standard.
UK Delivery
UK delivery is available on all items. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout.
International Delivery
We are pleased to offer international shipping to many destinations worldwide.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.

As the majority of items sold through Amado are unique, pre-owned and sourced through our consignment network, all sales are considered final.
We take great care to accurately photograph and describe every item, including any notable signs of wear or imperfections.
If an Item Is Significantly Not as Described
In the unlikely event that you believe an item is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at theamadocloset@gmail.com
To be eligible for a return request, the item must:
Remain unworn and unaltered;
Retain all original security tags and labels intact;
Be accompanied by evidence demonstrating that the item is significantly different from its description.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will review the claim and, if we determine that the item was significantly not as described, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
security tags
For the protection of both our clients and customers, many items are fitted with security tags.
Items returned without their original security tags attached, or with signs of tampering to the security tag, will not be eligible for a refund.
authenticity
We work exclusively with a select network of trusted private clients and only offer items that we are fully confident are authentic.
If we are ever unable to satisfy ourselves as to an item's authenticity, it will not be offered for sale.
