These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Amado website and the purchase of products from Amado, a trading name of Omas Collective Ltd ("Amado", "we", "us" or "our").
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Amado is operated by Omas Collective Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Amado acts as a curated resale and consignment platform, connecting buyers with pre-owned fashion sourced from a select network of trusted private clients.
products
Unless otherwise stated, all items sold by Amado are pre-owned.
As our products are pre-owned, signs of wear may be present. We endeavour to accurately describe and photograph each item, including any notable signs of wear or imperfections.
Product descriptions, measurements and photographs are provided in good faith. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
authenticity
We work exclusively with a select network of trusted private clients and only offer items that we are fully confident are authentic.
Where appropriate, we may undertake additional checks or obtain independent third-party authentication services.
If we are unable to satisfy ourselves as to an item's authenticity, it will not be offered for sale.
pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time prior to an order being placed.
orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where an item has been incorrectly described, priced, becomes unavailable, or where we believe a transaction should not proceed.
shipping
We ship within the United Kingdom and internationally.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees or other local charges that may arise upon delivery.
Amado accepts no responsibility for delays caused by customs authorities, couriers or postal services.
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon successful delivery.
returns & refunds
Due to the nature of our pre-owned and consigned products, all sales are considered final.
Returns will only be considered where an item is significantly not as described.
Any issue must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return request, the item must:
Remain unworn and unaltered;
Retain all original security tags and labels intact;
Be accompanied by evidence demonstrating that the item is significantly different from its description.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Following inspection of the returned item, Amado will determine whether the item was significantly not as described and, if so, issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, branding, logos and graphics, is the property of Amado and/or Omas Collective Ltd and may not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written permission.
limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the purchase, use or inability to use any product purchased through our website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page.
